Method 4:

There are many ways to make printed boards in amateur conditions, but it is either time-consuming, or the "process" is complicated, or the quality is not complimented. The author's method of making printed boards is one of the better overall effects, as follows:

1. Printed board diagram. The pads in the figure are represented by dots, and the wiring can be a single line, but the position and size need to be accurate.

2. Cut the printed board according to the size of the printed board and clean the copper foil.

3. Use carbon paper to copy the picture to the printed board. If the circuit is relatively simple and the producer has certain board making experience, this step can be omitted.

4. Paste the standard pre-cut symbols (pads) with different inner and outer diameters according to the actual conditions of the component; then paste tape lines of different widths depending on the current size. For standard pre-cut symbols and tapes, they are available in electronic stores. The common specifications of pre-cut symbols are D373 (0D-2.79, ID-0.79), D266 (0D-2.00, ID-0.80), D237 (OD-3.50, ID-1.50), etc., it is best to buy paper-based materials (Black), plastic-based (red) materials are not needed. The commonly used specifications of tapes are 0.3, 0.9, 1.8, 2.3, 3.7 and so on. The units are all in millimeters.

5. Tap the sticker with a softer hammer, such as smooth rubber or plastic, to make it fully adhere to the copper foil. Focus on striking the turns and laps of lines. When it is cold, it is best to use a heater to warm the surface to enhance the adhesion effect.

6. Put into ferric chloride to corrode, but please note that the liquid temperature is not higher than 40 degrees. After corrosion, it should be taken out and rinsed in time, especially in the case of fine lines.

7. Dazzle, polish the copper foil with fine sandpaper, apply rosin alcohol solution, and dry it to finish. The quality of this printed board is very close to the regular printed board. 0.3mm tape can be passed between the two feet of the IC, which can greatly reduce the short jumper on the front of the board to save trouble and time.

This method is often used in work to make experimental printing plates or a small amount of products.


Method 5:

1. Print the circuit board diagram on the printer at a ratio of 1: 1 on 80 grams of copy paper. It can be drawn by hand, but the backing paper should be smooth.

2. Find a fax machine, take out the fax paper in the machine, and replace it with hot melt plastic film. Put the circuit diagram in the entrance of the fax machine, and use the copy button of the fax machine to copy the circuit diagram on the hot melt plastic film. At this time, the "printed manuscript" of the printed circuit board is ready.

3. Use double-sided adhesive tape to affix the prepared plastic film flatly on the copper-clad board. Note that it must be smooth and not wrinkled, and the adhesive tape cannot cover the melted part, otherwise it will affect the production effect of the circuit board.

4. Brush the paint evenly on the plastic film with a paint brush. Note: You can't reciprocate and only brush in one direction, otherwise the plastic film will wrinkle together and the lines on the copper board will overlap. After the circuit diagram has been completely brushed, carefully remove the plastic film. At this time a printed circuit board is printed. After drying, it can be corroded.


Method 6:

Stick the sticky note on the copper foil of the copper-clad board, and then draw the circuit on the surface, then use the knife to cut through the surface layer to form the required circuit, remove the non-circuit part, and finally use ferric chloride to corrode or current The electrolytic method can produce a more ideal circuit board. The corrosion temperature can be carried out at about 55 ° C, and the corrosion rate is relatively fast. The corroded circuit board is washed with clean water, the sticky notes on the circuit are removed, holes are punched, and the rosin alcohol solution is wiped clean for use.
